Rack Rates
All reservations are secured with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
No deposit is required.
Payment for accommodation will be processed automatically using the card provided on the day of arrival.
Food and drinks are charged separately during your stay.
Cancellations or amendments are subject to the Amendments & Cancellation Policy below.
Amendments & Cancellation Policy
Plans can change, so we offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
Amendments to bookings must be made more than 7 days prior to arrival. Please note that date changes will be subject to the rates available on the new dates selected.
Reservations and payments are non-transferable within 7 days of arrival.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your booking.
Groups
We are unable to accept group bookings of more than 3 rooms online. Individual bookings that are connected and staying at the same time are considered a “group”. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that together exceed our 3 room policy.
Check-in and Checkout
Rooms will be ready by 4pm. If you arrive earlier, we can take your luggage and store it for you.
Checkout on your day of departure is 11am.
As accommodation is settled prior to arrival, departure is intended to be simple and relaxed. Any outstanding food or beverage charges should be settled during your stay.
Important Allergen Information
Our kitchen uses allergens everyday.(including but not limited to nuts, molluscs, gluten, dairy etc.) We cannot safely cater for anyone with an allergy that requires an epi-pen, or has ever caused a severe reaction (anaphylaxis).
Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances in the Special Requests section of the booking process.
